This package includes: 

A 90-minute workshop with team members of your choice. This can be done in person within Southern Tasmania or by Zoom. We’ll spend 90-minutes asking questions, brainstorming and having various discussions to identify what matters the most to your team. The workshop and discussion will be moulded around the personalities in the room and the vibe of the day. We’ll quickly build rapport, enabling everyone in the room to feel confident and comfortable to speak in an open and truthful manner. This workshop alone will leave your team feeling inspired and ready to make a difference within your organisation.

A summary document of the workshop with team members in attendance, discussion points, responses and overall conclusions drawn from the conversations. You’ll know what really matters to your team and be able to strategically use this information to achieve your goals (we’ll show you how).

A values handbook outlining your new organisational values based from the workshop and also the organisational objectives and goals. This will include an action plan on how-to promote your values and shake up your environment in a positive and engaging way.

With the Values Shake Up package, you’ll be able to develop core ethic and principles the organisation will abide by, ensuring all members are working towards the same goal. You’ll then receive an email immediately after payment has been made, with a questionnaire to complete. This will help us gain a greater understanding about your organisation and the outcomes you’re hoping to achieve by revamping your values.

We’ll organise for the workshop to be undertaken with 2-4 weeks from receiving the completed questionnaire. We’re available to undertake the workshops Monday to Thursday, between 8:30am and 4:30pm. 

All in all, you’ll be ready to introduce your new values to your team and clients within a little over a month of purchasing this package. Let’s shake up your working environment in the best possible way.
