- I have an office manager and a project administrator that would be perfect for enrolling. How will you cater for different levels?This question is an important one. We understand that some administrators will be more advanced, and we have catered for this accordingly. At the start of each topic, we'll have an overview/introduction and then a few different levels of activities depending on experience. In the first thirty minutes of the workshop, I'll quickly identify what level they are at during a warm-up exercise. This activity is not a test vibe, purely a quiz-type scenario helping them understand their learning, communication and admin styles which will help them in their everyday work-life (invaluable!).
- Will there be post-workshop support?Yes, there absolutely will be! You'll be able to call me on my mobile or reach me by email. I'm available Mondays to Thursdays between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.
- Will there be academic theories underlying the training?Yes! For example, The Burke-Litwin Causal Model of Organisational Performance and Change underpins our training day's structure. This system theory suggests a positive relationship between high organisational performance and a good work environment. This training day will help provide participants with a framework to address how they're currently doing admin and make changes to achieve their desired outcomes. We want them to take the transactional changes (day-to-day) they learn in our workshop and make transformation changes (deep structure) in their workplaces.
We'll also be teaching contemporary strategies and techniques that work and that they'll be able to implement immediately in their workplace. These include client communication, negotiation, persuasion, research, innovation, database management, project management, initiative, active listening skills, and more! - Can I send you a brief of what I'd like my employee to walk away knowing?Yes, absolutely. If there is a skill, technique, or strategy you would like yourself or your employee to learn, you can send it through to us, and we will make sure this is a focus point. If it doesn't fit into the training day, we'll be able to connect with them afterwards via Zoom, phone or email and help them learn and implement it in their workplace.
- My employee can only attend half a day, is it okay for them to leave early?Of course. We'll connect with each person individually a few days after the training session to see if they have any questions or would like help implementing anything we taught them. We'll also provide access to our online portal where they can catch up on anything they missed or would like to touch on again in their own time.
